AS a worker for the Royal Bournemouth Hospital I have to say how wonderful the members of staff were to my mother who was brought in Tuesday 12th September with heart problems.
From the paramedics who were brilliant with her, to the receptionist in A&E who helped me with finding information about my mother, to the doctor in A&E – it gives me an insight how members of staff work brilliantly.
