A SEARCH is under way to find a 13-year-old girl who has gone missing in Bournemouth
Dixie Ward, 13, was reported missing on Sunday, September 11, after having last been seen at an address in the Bear Cross area.
Dixie is described as white, five feet eight inches tall and of large build with dark black hair that is worn in a bob.
She was last seen wearing a black Nirvana hooded top with a yellow smiley face on it, a black coat, black Nike trainers with a pink tick and was carrying a black backpack.
Chief Inspector Claire Phillips, of Dorset Police, said: “Due to Dixie’s young age and the passage of time since she was last seen, we are concerned for her welfare.
“I am appealing to anyone who has seen Dixie, or a girl matching the description given, to please come forward.”
