HOUMAN KANDAR, aged 29 and of Coombe Avenue, Bournemouth, admits damaging a Kia Picanto to the value of £1,332.37 belonging to a man in Coombe Avenue, Bournemouth, on March 28. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. To pay £1,332.37 compensation, £22 surcharge and £85 costs.

PAUL DANIEL JAMES MORAN, aged 40 and of no fixed abode, admits driving a silver MG Estate in Millhams Road car park between August 2 and August 5 with 65 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £200. To pay £80 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 17 months.

ADRIAN JOHN PARRETT, aged 41 and of Watkin Road, Bournemouth, admits trespassing upon the lines of the railway at Christchurch Railway Station on September 18, 2021. Fined £60. To pay £26 surcharge. Also admits damaging the bonnet of a Peugeot 5008 in Bargates, Christchurch, on September 18, 2021. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates' Court on October 6, 2021, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on September 19, 2021. No separate penalty.

AARON LEONARD JOHN WARNER, aged 39 and of Oxford Road, Bournemouth, admits damaging the communal area on the ground floor of Pheonix Place, Dartford, by urinating and spitting to the value of £350 on February 5. Fined £80. To pay £100 compensation.

ADAM EDWARD HUNT, aged 48 and of Wayground Road, Wimborne, admits driving a Volkswagen panel van in Wareham Road, Corfe Mullen, on November 28, 2021, at a speed exceeding 30mph, namely 37mph. Fined £200. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for three days. Also admits driving a Volkswagen motor vehicle on the A3049 Dorset Way in Poole on October 7, 2021, at a speed exceeding 50mph. Fined £200. To pay £40 surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed.

POOLE

MATTHEW DAVID LEMOIGNAN, aged 35 and of Milestone Road, Poole, admits stealing coffee and air freshener to the value of £30 belonging to Tesco Express in Fernside Road, Poole, on May 6. To pay £30 compensation. Also admits commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 18 months imposed on March 1 for an offence of shoplift/theft. No action taken on breach.

WILLIAM MATTHEW TEDDS, aged 41 and of Martingdale Close, Upton, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on June 9 by unacceptable behaviour in that he repeatedly sent concerning, harassing text messages to his probation practitioner between August 6 and August 12. Fined £100. To pay £60 costs.

BRAD EVANS, aged 19 and of Egmont Road, Hamworthy, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on May 28, 2021, by failing to attend unpaid work appointments on June 10 and July 22. Community order revoked. New community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 10 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and carry out 80 hours of unpaid work.

DEXTER SIMPSON, aged 31 and of Douglas Gardens, Poole, admits when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failing to do so in Canterbury, Kent, on July 3. Committed to prison for six weeks, suspended for 12 months. To pay £154 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for three years.
