Durley Hall Hotel.
The hotel stands in its own ground on Bournemouth's West Cliff and has served the public for more than a century.
Once a villa, Durley Hall Hotel, was gradually extended with wings on either side.
Then expansion continued and ran along Marlborough Road, eventually taking in two more villas behind.
Durley Hall Hotel became Hallmark Hotel in April, 2009, following a takeover by Hallmark Hotels Limited.
