Volunteers onboard Weymouth RNLI's Atlantic 85 vessel received a remarkable surprise on Monday morning.
Spotted swimming alongside them were some mischievous dolphins who seemed to be completely oblivious of the crew's presence.
Weymouth RNLI took to Facebook to share the incredible encounter saying: "We had some very special visitors while out on the water this morning.
"The crew were luckily in the right place at the right time to see these dolphins playing in the water.
"A magical start to Monday!"
