A MAN robbed The Royal Bank of Scotland in Bournemouth town centre just before midday today.
He went into the branch on Old Christchurch Road opposite Beales and handed over a note saying no-one would be hurt if he was given money.
The man escaped with money, though no weapon was seen.
He was around 5ft 8ins tall, had longish dark hair, was aged in his 50s or 60s, and wore a brown or beige, longish coat.
Police want witnesses to contact them on 01202 222222 or to call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
