A PROPERTY developer has introduced a range of measures to support staff in light of the increased cost of living.
Poole-based AJC Group announced at a recent company meeting that each member of staff would be receiving a £200 cost of living bonus each month for the next six months.
The firm said along with the introduction of a pnesion salary sacrifice scheme, employees would have more money in their pockets. The developer has also added an extra day of annual leave for staff birthdays.
AJC Group director Sebastian Janes said: “At our recent company meeting it was great to hear all the positive things we have going on across all aspects of the business.
"In such trying times, our continued growth and success is something we can all be truly proud of.
"As a small thanks we hope these new measures will go at least some way to looking after our team during the current economic climate and assisting with the increase in day to day living.”
