A SHOP in Bournemouth could be subject to a licensing review following an application by police.
A public consultation is currently taking place in relation to Bargain Convenience Store in Wimborne Road, Winton.
This comes following the application by Dorset Police under section 51 of the Licensing Act 2003.
A notice of the application for review states that it has been brought on the grounds that the force, as responsible authority, does not consider the premises to be promoting the licencing objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder.
Residents can make representations on the application to BCP Council’s licensing team, with a closing date of September 12.
