THREE break-ins within three days at a Bournemouth recycling centre, in which dozens of car batteries and wheels were stolen, are being investigated.

Between Saturday, August 13, and Tuesday, August 16, there were three break-ins at the recycling centre in Ringwood Road.

More than 60 car batteries and 20 alloy wheels were stolen during the incidents.

Officers investigating the burglaries have issued CCTV images of two people they would like to identify in connection.

Police Constable Mia Jakeman, of Dorset Police, said: “We are continuing to investigate these incidents have now obtained CCTV images of two people we would like to speak to.

“I would urge anyone who recognises them to please get in touch.

“Also, I am keen to hear from any member of the public who may have information about who is responsible for these burglaries.”
