AN appeal has been launched to help find a missing man last seen in Poole.
Peter Edge, aged 50, was reported missing having last been seen in Poole town centre on the afternoon of Thursday, August 4.
He is described as white and around five feet ten inches tall with medium light-brown hair that is down to his collar. He sometimes wears glasses and has a lazy eye. He usually wears black cargo trousers and hiking boots.
Dorset Police are now appealing to the public for information to help find him.
Inspector Richard Honnywill, of Dorset Police, said: “While we have no information to indicate Peter has come to any harm, he has not been seen for some time now and we are becoming concerned for his welfare.
“I would urge anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to please contact us.
“I would also like to make a direct plea to Peter if you see this – please get in touch with us or your family and let us know where you are, as we all just want to make sure you are all right.”
