BOURNEMOUTH

HOPE JAYDE SIDEN, aged 21 and of Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, admits having a quantity of cocaine in Poole Road, Bournemouth, on July 20. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in 15 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits assaulting PC Barber, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker, by beating him in Bournemouth on July 20. Community order made. To pay £100 compensation, £114 surcharge and £85 costs.

DEBORAH CLAIRE PIPER, aged 40 and of Canford Avenue, Bournemouth, found guilty of with intent to cause a woman harassment, alarm or distress using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour thereby causing that or another person harassment, alarm or distress and the offence was racially aggravated in Canford Avenue, Bournemouth, on September 21, 2021. Community order made, whereby the defendant must follow an overnight curfew for 12 weeks and take part in up to 40 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Restraining order made, which lasts until February 9, 2024. To pay £95 surcharge and £250 costs.

MATTHEW CHRISTOPHER, aged 27 and of Station Road, West Moors, admits driving a motor vehicle on the A31 at McDonald’s Restaurants Ltd in Ringwood Road, Ferndown, on July 21 with 52 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £700. To pay £280 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

POOLE

OWEN WILLIAM JONES, aged 37 and of Ashmore Crescent, Poole, found guilty of driving an MG in Parkstone Road, Poole, on November 18, 2021, with 80 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £1824. To pay £182 surcharge and £600 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 21 months.

LAUREN SARAH VELKOOP, aged 31 and of Sterte Close, Pole, admits in company with a man stealing packs of fresh steak and bottles of wine to the value of £177 belonging to Marks & Spencer, Poole, in Lower Blandford Road, Poole, on March 15. To pay £88.50 compensation.

ROBERT JOHN BELL, aged 47 and of Bournemouth Road, Poole, admits stealing a parcel to the value of £24 from an address in Cranbrook Road, Poole, on April 3. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. To pay £24 compensation. Also admits commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 18 months imposed on November 26, 2021, for an offence of burglary. Community order made.

MATTHEW MCPHERSON, aged 26 and of Kingcup Close, Broadstone, admits driving a BMW 3 Series in Willoughby Road, Ipswich, on January 29 with 795 micrograms of benzoylecgonine per litre of blood. Fined £120. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

JAMIE PAUL DAWE, aged 44 and of Princess Road, Poole, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on November 25, 2021, by failing to attend for planned office appointments on April 22, June 27 and July 11 and for a scheduled appointment on May 26. Community order varied, whereby the defendant must carry out 140 hours of unpaid work.

BENN RAWLINGS WEBB, aged 45 and of East Street, Poole, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on June 16 by failing to comply with the alcohol abstinence requirement on June 24, July 8 and July 14.
