MARK JOHN MILLINGTON-BATES, aged 32 and of Hambledon Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a Iveco van in Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on April 1 with not less than 10 micrograms of THC per litre of blood. Fined £60. To pay £34 surcharge and £20 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. Also admits driving an Iveco van in Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on April 1 with not less than 704 micrograms of benzoylecgonine per litre of blood. Fined £60. Driving record endorsed.

CLAIRE WYBURN, aged 52 and of Grants Close, Bournemouth, admits when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath in the course of an investigation into whether she had committed an offence, failing to do so at Bournemouth Custody in Madeira Road, Bournemouth, on July 20. Community order made, whereby the defendant must abstain from consuming any alcohol for 90 days, take part in up to 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and carry out 40 hours of unpaid work. To pay £114 surcharge and £40 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 22 months.

JAMES CAIRNS, aged 36 and of no fixed abode, admits having a quantity of cannabis at Bournemouth Custody and Enquiries in Madeira Road, Bournemouth, on July 19. Fined £80. To pay £32 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 12 months imposed on March 31 for an offence of criminal damage. No action taken on breach.

DAVID ANTHONY WATERMAN, aged 53 and of Edward Road, Somerford, admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that he failed to be of good behaviour and not behave in a way that undermines the rehabilitative purpose of the supervision period in that he displayed unacceptable behaviour at Bournemouth Probation Office on June 29 and Poole Magistrates’ Court on July 14 and he failed to reside permanently at an address approved by his supervisor and obtain the prior permission of the supervisors for any stay of one or more nights at a different address in that he stayed away from home on the weekend of June 26 and June 27 without permission. Committed to prison for 14 days. Also admits being drunk and disorderly at the Law Courts, Civic Centre, Poole, on July 14. No separate penalty. Also admits damaging windows belonging to the Law Courts, Civic Centre, Poole, on July 14. Committed to prison for 28 days consecutive. Overall length of sentence 42 days. Also admits with intent to cause a person harassment, alarm or distress, using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour thereby causing that or another person harassment, alarm or distress and the offence was racially aggravated in Boscombe on January 22. Committed to prison for 28 days concurrent. Also admits having a cannabis consistent with personal use in Bournemouth on February 2. No separate penalty. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits behaving in an anti-social manner in Boscombe on January 12, which he was prohibited from doing by a criminal behaviour order made on March 17, 2017.
