STEVEN MICHAEL JOHNSON, aged 28 and of Moore Avenue, admits threatening that he would smash up a black Vauxhall Astra belonging to a woman in Bournemouth on March 28. Restraining order made, which lasts until August 7, 2023. Fined £80. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs.

JORDAN LEWIS KING, aged 24 and of Wycliffe Road, Bournemouth, admits damaging the front door of an address in Poole on March 19. Also admits using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress in Poole on March 19. MOHAMED HASAN ABDALLAH, aged 33 and of Ashley Road, Bournemouth, admits using a Nissan motor car in Avenue Road, Bournemouth, on September 2, 2021, without insurance. Fined £50. To pay £34 surcharge and £50 costs.

NICHOLAS VICTOR RAYMOND WESTHORPE, aged 36 and of Methuen Road, Bournemouth, admits assaulting by beating her in Bournemouth on November 21, 2021. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in a 42-day Building Better Relationships programme. Fined £200. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs.

EAST DORSET

TONY JAMES SLIGHTAM, aged 37 and of Kiln Way, Verwood, admits pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a woman in Dorset between October 26, 2021, and November 23, 2021, and which he knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of her in that he sent numerous messages and phone calls. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 25 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and carry out 60 hours of unpaid work. Restraining order made, which lasts until August 7, 2023. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs.

NEW FOREST

Also admits assaulting police officer Bradley Cocozza, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker, by beating him in Handforth, Cheshire, on March 24. Fined £150. CAMERON BHATT, aged 19 and of Langdon Road, Poole, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on June 20 by failing to make himself available for the installation of monitoring equipment on July 17 and failing to comply with the requirement of his curfew every day from July 19 to July 31 and failing to attend an initial office appointment on July 26. Community order revoked. Committed to detention in a young offender institution for eight weeks. Also admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that he failed to attend a planned office appointment on July 26 and he failed to reside at his approved address on July 24 and consistently between July 24 and July 31. Committed to detention in a young offender institution for 14 days consecutive. Overall length of sentence 10 weeks.
