REPAIRS are taking place to a burst water main in a road in Bournemouth.

The burst main near St Walburga’s Catholic Primary School in Malvern Road was reported to Bournemouth Water this morning.

Bournemouth Water said there is one property without water, and they would be provided with bottled water.

There are no road closures in place however priority boards are being used to direct traffic. 

A Bournemouth Water spokesperson said: “Our team is on site repairing a burst water main on Malvern Road, which was reported to us this morning.

"We will look to repair the burst and reinstate the road as quickly as possible and would like to thank customers for their patience.”
