POLICE visited homes and spoke with parents after identifying youths involved in antisocial behaviour incidents near Canford Heath Asda.

Dorset Police have identified several youths involved in ongoing antisocial behaviour in Culliford Crescent around the area of Canford Heath Asda.

In a Facebook post, a spokesperson for Dorset Police said: "We have been able to identify a large number of youths. Which has resulted in home visits to those identified and parents spoken to about their child's behaviour.

"Unfortunately, some of the young people were known to us already, they have been issued warning letters in relation to their behaviour working alongside the Consequence Scheme which is in collaboration with the BCP Council ASB team.

"In total seven warning letters were issued. Should their behaviour continue, they will escalate up the scheme and can expect a home visit from a police officer."

Prior to this Dorset Police published a post regarding the incident on Wednesday, August 3.

A spokesperson said: "This evening a young person was detained and taken home for their involvement in the antisocial behaviour, and subsequently issued a section 35 dispersal notice, this means the individual is not allowed to return to the area for up to a period of 48 hours."
