BOURNEMOUTH

PAUL MEADEN, aged 25 and of Craigmore Avenue, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made on November 18, 2021, by failing to attend probation supervision office appointments on July 13 and March 29, and failing to attend unpaid work requirement appointments at 9am and 10am on April 20 and 12.30pm and 1.30pm on March 30. Fined £100. To pay £60 costs.

CALLUM DARCH, aged 23 and of Colby Street, Southampton, admits having 3.08 grams of cocaine in Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on July 9. No separate penalty. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits assaulting PC Holt, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of her functions as such a worker, by beating her in Bournemouth, on July 9. Fined £600. To pay £100 compensation.

CHRISTOPHER FRANCIS JOHN CHAINEY, aged 37 and of Northcote Road, Bournemouth, admits stealing alcohol to the value of £27.50 belonging to Marks & Spencer in St Mary Street, Weymouth, on July 30. Committed to prison for four weeks concurrent, suspended for 12 months. To pay £154 surcharge. Also admits assaulting a woman by beating her in St Mary Street, Weymouth, on July 30. Committed to prison for six weeks, suspended for 12 months. Also admits commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made on June 22, 2021, for the offences of assault on emergency worker and two section four Public Order Act offences. Suspended sentence of 12 weeks imprisonment for 12 months imposed on June 22, 2021, amended by extending the operational period to 20 months.

NEIL CHARLES TURNER, aged 54 and of Leigh Common, Colehill, admits damaging an Audi A5 belonging to a man to the value of £720 in Colehill on February 7. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £720 compensation.

JAMES ROBERT DICKINSON, aged 29 and of no fixed abode, admits assaulting a man by beating him in Bournemouth on January 21. Community order made, whereby the defendant must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work. To pay £50 compensation, £95 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits assaulting a man by beating him in Bournemouth on January 21. Community order made. To pay £50 compensation.

MATTHEW JONES, aged 37 and of Rossmore Road, Poole, admits driving a motor vehicle in Rossmore Road, Poole, on July 8 with 63 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £325. To pay £130 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 17 months.

JUNE TARA WAREHAM, aged 33 and of Redhoave Road, Poole, admits being drunk and disorderly at Upton Country Park in Poole on July 8. Fined £100. To pay £40 surcharge and £85 costs.
