DORSET Police have been made aware of some badger setts in the area of Littlemoor Avenue that have been repeatedly disturbed by a group of local youths.
A Dorset Police spokesperson said: "Badgers are a protected species and it is illegal to interfere with a badger sett.
"This includes damaging any part of it, and obstructing access to any entrance of the badger sett.
"If anyone has any information relating to these incidents, then please contact the Police on 101 and quote occurrence number 55220120952."
