A LOUIS Vuitton bag containing a diamond ring was stolen from a restaurant in Bournemouth

The grey Louis Vuitton bag was stolen from West Beach Restaurant near Pier Approach at approximately 4.30pm on Friday, July 15. 

The bag contained glasses, a set of keys, credit cards, a mobile phone and a diamond ring.

Officers are appealing for people with information on the theft to come forward.

Police Constable Hayley Lyne, of Dorset Police, said: “As part of my enquiries, I am issuing an image of the stolen ring and would ask anyone who has seen it for sale locally in unusual circumstances to please come forward. 

“I am also keen to hear from anyone with information about who was responsible for the theft to contact Dorset Police.”
