I NOTICE the parking issues have caused chaos over the weekend.
Several Echo stories regarding parking problems have appeared online.
For goodness sake this is what happens when you get rid of car parks in a major tourist resort.
The council are persistent on pursuing ridiculous road schemes due the government’s green agenda, doing their utmost to push active travel and dissuade motorists, and people are selfishly blocking driveways.
It is blindingly obvious from the parking chaos of this weekend that this is just not working.
We need more parking facilities, not less, or the situation is going to get worse.
We just cannot in this day and age afford to ignore the needs of the motorists.
