TWO men were arrested in Bournemouth after a man allegedly cut another man’s face, leaving him with "possibly lasting facial injuries" and in need surgery.
It is reported a man reached out of the window of a parked grey BMW and cut another man’s face outside Munchies in Old Christchurch Road.
The victim, a 22-year-old man, from Loughborough, had to receive surgery for his injuries.
A 29-year-old man from St Leonards and St Ives and a 59-year-old man from Bournemouth were arrested on suspicion of conspiring to cause grievous bodily harm with intent and released under investigation.
The incident happened at 3.14am on Thursday, June 9 and police have released an image of somebody they would like to identify.
Detective Constable Steve Allen, of Bournemouth CID, said: “A man, who was visiting Bournemouth, has been left with possibly lasting facial injuries.
“I have been conducting a number of enquiries to further my investigation and I am now in a position to release an image of a suspect I am looking to identify.
“Anyone who may have information as to his identity is asked to contact police.”
