LAUREN MICHAELA HENDREY, aged 26 and of Southern Road, Southbourne, admits assaulting a man by beating him in Bournemouth on November 19, 2021. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. To pay £250 compensation and £85 costs.

JORGE DOMINGUES-PIRES, aged 35 and of Holloway Avenue, Bournemouth, admits driving a Renault panel van on the A352 Dorchester Road, East Knighton, on December 23, 2021, without due care and attention. Fined £225. To pay £500 compensation. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months.

BENJAMIN CHARLES WALDER, aged 45 and of Tarring Road, Worthing, admits when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen of breath in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failed to do so at Bournemouth Police Station on June 11. Fined £864. To pay £86 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.

FELIX JOSEPH CROWE, aged 27 and of Northey Road, Southbourne, admits resisting a PC Fudge in the execution of his duty in Seabourne Road, Bournemouth, on May 8. Fined £40. To pay £34 surcharge and £40 costs.

EFIM PEREIRA-VIRIATO, aged 25 and of Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a motor vehicle in Cardigan Road, Bournemouth, on June 11 with 52 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £380. To pay £38 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 39 months.

MICHAEL DOUGLAS GRIFFITHS, aged 22 and of Duncliff Road, Bournemouth, admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Bournemouth on February 20. To pay £50 compensation. Also admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Bournemouth on February £20. To pay £60 compensation. Also admits commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharged order for a period of 24 months imposed on October 13, 2020. No separate penalty.

CHRISTCHURCH

DANIEL SESSIONS, aged 24 and of Matchams Lane, Christchurch, admits driving a Peugeot in Seabourne Road, Bournemouth, on June 14 with 74 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £150. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.

EAST DORSET

EDWARD YULE, aged 29 and of South Road, Corfe Mullen, admits driving a motor vehicle on the A31 Wimborne Bypass on May 6 with 108 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres. Fined £325. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

NEW FOREST

THOMAS MADGWICK, aged 54 and of Leigh Park, Lymington, admits driving a BMW 320D on the A34 Chieveley on October 12, 2021, at a speed exceeding 70mph, namely 79mph. Fined £288. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with three points.

NORTH DORSET

JOSEPH NABIL, aged 46 and of HMP Guys Marsh, Shaftesbury, admits stealing multiple items of L’Oreal skin care and make up products to the value of £2,000 belonging to Sainsbury’s at Castlepoint in Castle Lane West, Bournemouth, on January 21. Committed to prison for 10 weeks. To pay £2,000 compensation. Also admits stealing alcohol belonging to Waitrose in Tudor Arcade, South Street, Dorchester, on April 11. Committed to prison for four weeks consecutive. To pay £206 compensation. Overall length of sentence 14 weeks.

POOLE

ADRIAN SIMON WELLMAN, aged 46 and of no fixed abode, admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that he had failed to comply with being of good behaviour and not behaving in a way that undermines the rehabilitative purpose of the supervision period and keeping in touch with his supervisor in accordance with instructions given by his supervisor in that he failed to attend for a planned office appointment on April 21. Fined £200.
