Roadworks on a busy route in Christchurch will continue for 'another few weeks at least'.
SGN have been working on emergency repairs in Barrack Road in Christchurch since May, but say it is likely to continue for a while yet.
The work at the junction of Barrack Road and Fountain roundabout has seen the concrete island covered in barriers while engineers do their work.
When asked what the nature of the repair work was, SGN would only say 'emergency repairs'.

A spokesperson said: "We’re still working on our emergency repairs but our lane closure is no longer in place and there is no impact on motorists
"In terms of timescale, we’re likely to be working in the roundabout for another few weeks at least."
They added: "Due to the nature of this work, it’s difficult to say when the work will be completed but our team is working as quickly as possible."
