New Milton fined for being drunk and disorderly in Cornwall
A MAN has been fined for being drunk and disorderly in Cornwall.
Joshua Hill, of Holly Lane, New Milton, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in Newquay on June 25, 2022.
Court papers state the offence took place in Alma Place.
The 21-year-old appeared at Bopdmin Magistrates’ Court for sentencing on Monday, June 27.
Magistrates fined the defendant £40 and ordered him to pay a victim surcharge of £16.
He was also ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
