A MULTI-vehicle crash stopped traffic on the A31 near Ringwood causing at least three miles of congestion.
Delays of more than 30 minutes were reported this morning on the A31 westbound at Burley services which was closed at around 9am following the crash.
According to Hampshire Roads Policing Unit, the incident happened after one vehicle lost control in standing water and spun out on the road.

Emergency services were on scene dealing with the driver, while other vehicles are using the service road into the service station to pass through.
It is understood no serious injuries have been sustained.
The road fully reopened shortly before 11am after the damaged vehicle was recovered.
