A DRIVER in Dorset was pulled over by police and was found more than twice over the legal drink drive limit.
Officers noticed the Saab 9-3 had swerved onto the wrong side of the road travelling towards the police car yesterday (June 22) at around 3pm.
The police then pulled the car over for a chat where a “distinct smell of intoxicants was apparent.”
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: “The readings in custody were 85ug/100ml of breath. The limit is 35.
“A few hours will be spent in custody sobering up before being released and will await a court hearing shortly.”
