BOURNEMOUTH

SINCLAIR ROSS, aged 30 and of Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, admits assaulting a woman at The O2 Academy in Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on September 5, 2021. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £100 compensation, £22 surcharge and £500 costs.

STEVEN LICORISH, aged 42 and of Westover Road, Bournemouth, admits being drunk and disorderly in The Square, Bournemouth, on June 2. Fined £50. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs.

STANISLAVS SINICINS, aged 30 and of St Michaels’ Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the requirements on August 3, 2021, by failing to attend for planned office appointments on January 18, March 30 and April 6. Community order varied, whereby the defendant must carry out 60 hours of unpaid work. Fined £100. To pay £60 costs.

BEHROOZ SAFFIRI, aged 28 and of Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, admits when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failing to do so at Bournemouth Police Station on April 16. Fined £400. To pay £40 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on May 4, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on April 16. No separate penalty.

POOLE

STUART ANDREW WESTWOOD, aged 34 and of no fixed abode, admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that he failed to keep in touch with his supervisor in accordance with instructions given by his supervisor in that he failed to attend for planned appointments on April 27 and May 16. No action taken on breach.

CAMERON BHATT, aged 19 and of Langdon Road, Poole, admits sending by means of a public electronic communications network messages that were grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character between February 17 and February 21. Community order made, whereby the defendant must follow an overnight curfew for eight weeks and take part in up to 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs.

DAVID PATRICK LANE, aged 35 and of Khyber Road, Poole, found guilty of assaulting a man by beating him in Poole on May 15, 2021. Committed to prison for eight weeks, suspended for one year. To pay £250 compensation, £128 surcharge and £620 costs.

SIMON CAVENDISH BROWN, aged 58 and of Woodbury Avenue, Wells, admits driving a Kia in Sandbanks Road, Poole, on May 12 with 66 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £250. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.

PURBECK

BILLY COOPER, aged 32 and of King George V Road, Bovington, admits making contact with a woman in Bovington between January 22, 2021, and June 23, 2021, which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order imposed on March 13, 2020. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 15 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Fined £300. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs.
