A MAN has denied three counts of sexual activity with a child over an alleged incident at Bournemouth seafront public toilets.
Richard Derek Coulson, of Merlewood Close, Bournemouth, pleaded not guilty to the three allegations at a Bournemouth Crown Court hearing on Monday, June 13.
The 51-year-old is accused of committing offences against a boy on Saturday, May 7, in the Pier Approach toilets.
The defendant was represented by barrister Malcolm Gibney at the brief court hearing, while prosecutor Russell Pyne represented the crown.
Judge William Mousley QC fixed a trial date for October 25.
Coulson, who appeared via video link from custody wearing a grey and white jumper, was remanded on conditional bail.
