"I booked a table outside on a Sunday evening for an early Supper (with dogs) and even though it had been raining all day they dried the table and brought us dry cushions. The food was extremely good - well cooked and presented. Hand-picked scallops, lamb and duck were our selected dishes followed by cheese and a chocolate cheesecake. The service was very attentive even though we were outside - especially the Portuguese restaurant manager. The wine was superb!"

"It’s not often that I feel the need to share a review but this establishment made me want to. If I feel a steak place understands steak I ask for it blue and most places do not understand how to cook it. This restaurant does I had mixed grill and asked for my steak blue and it was executed perfectly. Beautiful piece of meat tasty and so tender as only blue can give you the chef here really does understand meat. The lamb chop cooked spot on the liver just right. Everything was tasty."

"Visited by chance this restaurant, and it was a knock out. The staff the cleanliness, the set out of table's, spit on. The sea bass, perfect, ribeye perfect, and the apple crumble, you have to try, finish off with an Irish coffee, value for money, can't fault it."

"Marcin and Gill on 2 separate visits were really nice, patient and helpful the plates were lovely and hot. The food was delicious and the drinks were lovely. Only 2 issues, 1. Wish we were told at the very start what food they didn't have. 2. The chefs were too loud which distracted our conversation on many occasions during our 2 visits."
