A motorcyclist has been taken to hospital after a crash with a truck this morning.

The incident in Cunningham Crescent, West Howe, happened around 9.12am.

A road closure is in place at Cunningham Crescent and Tedder Road.

The air ambulance was called to the incident and landed in Fernheath play park.

An operations officer and two double-crewed land ambulances rushed to the scene, while an air ambulance was also deployed – apparently landing on the Fernheath playing fields just off Fernheath Road.
