Fined £500. To pay a £50 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

KAREEM FARONBI, aged 24 and Cornelia Road, Bournemouth, admits being a person living in the Tier 4 area of Southampton on January 23, 2021, and leaving the place where he was living and was at Mudeford Quay car park in Christchurch. Fined £165. To pay £34 surcharge.

ALANA OTILIJA PALKA, aged 24 and of College Road, Ringwood, admits stealing a variety of products to the value of £311 belonging to Sally’s Hair and Beauty in Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on May 12. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Also admits stealing a laptop belonging to a man at The Naked Coffee Co Limited in Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on May 13. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £22 surcharge and £100 costs.

NORTH DORSET

KERIM EREN, aged 25 and of Bimport, Shaftesbury, admits assaulting an emergency worker, namely a paramedic, acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker, by beating him in Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, on September 19, 2021. Committed to prison for four months, suspended for 12 months. To pay £100 compensation. Also admits with intent to cause a person harassment, alarm or distress was threatening, abusive or insulting thereby causing that or another person harassment, alarm or distress and offence was racially aggravated in Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, on September 19, 2021. Committed to prison for four months consecutive, suspended for 12 months. To pay £100 compensation.

DAIMIUS SATKASKAS, aged 43 and of Legion Road, Yeovil, admits driving a Fiat Punto in Higher Ham Road, Gillingham, on April 27 with 124 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Committed to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months. To pay £128 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 30 months. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Weymouth Magistrates’ Court on May 20, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on April 28. Committed to prison for two weeks consecutive, suspended for 12 months. Overall length of suspended sentence for 10 weeks.

EDMUND WILSON, aged 20 and of Harbour Hill Crescent, Poole, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on January 22, 2021, by failing to comply with an unpaid work session on April 13, failing to comply with an office based appointment with a probation commissioned rehabilitative service aimed at improving personal wellbeing with Catch 22 on April 19, failing to attend an office-based probation appointment on April 20 and failing to provide evidence for the missed appointments. Community order varied, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 35 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. To pay £60 costs.
