CCTV images have been released after further alcohol thefts from a Waitrose supermarket in Bournemouth.

Police believe the same man is responsible for a spate of thefts from the Waitrose store in Wimborne Road, Winton, since April and have issued further images of an individual they wish to speak with.

A CCTV appeal was previously issued following two thefts of alcohol, believed to involve the same individual on Friday April 22 and Monday May 9 from the Waitrose.

Further thefts, again believed to involve the same man, were reported on Tuesday May 17, Wednesday May 18, Monday May 23 and Friday June 3.

In total it is estimated around £1,500-worth of alcohol has been stolen from the store.

Police Constable Clifford Ryan, of Dorset Police, said: “We are continuing to investigate all of these thefts and are issuing renewed images of the suspect as we believe he has now changed his appearance.

“I would again urge anyone with information as to his identity to please contact us.”
