Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. Also admits driving a Land Rover motor car on the A31 Ashley Heath Roundabout at St Ives on May 21, 2021, otherwise than in accordance with a licence authorising him to drive that motor vehicle, the Secretary of State having on May 2, 2021, revoked such a licence to drive and since that earlier time he had not been granted a licence to drive a motor vehicle. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 10 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and carry out 100 hours of unpaid work. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed. Also admits conviction of an offence while a community order made on January 8, 2020, for an offence of battery is in force. Community order revoked.
