TAMARA TATE, aged 48 and of Brackendale Road, Bournemouth, admits when suspected of having attempted to drive a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether she had committed an offence, failed to do so in Carberry Avenue, Bournemouth, on May 7. Fined £200. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

ROBYN CUMMINS, aged 36 and of Hanlon Close, Bournemouth, found guilty of assaulting a woman by beating her in Bournemouth on June 21, 2021. Community order made, whereby the defendant must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work. Restraining order made, which lasts until May 24, 2023. To pay £300 compensation, £95 surcharge and £500 costs.

LEE MARTIN TURNER, aged 34 and of Westover Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made on November 2, 2021, by failing to attend for supervision appointments on February 21 and March 28. Fined £100.
