YUSUPHA NJIE, aged 38 and of Teesdale Road, Slough, found guilty of being the driver of a Renault Megane in Poole Road, Bournemouth, on May 28, 2021, and failing to stop the vehicle on being required to do so by a constable in uniform. Discharged conditionally for six months. To pay £22 surcharge and £100 costs.

ALAN JAMES MCGONIGLE, aged 45 and of Cunningham Close, Bournemouth, found guilty of assaulting a man by beating him in Bournemouth on August 31, 2021. Restraining order made, which lasts until May 25, 2024. Fined £250. To pay £100 compensation, £34 surcharge and £150 costs.

PHILLIP PETER CAMPBELL-MORRISON, aged 28 and of Elmes Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the requirement of a suspended sentence order made on December 22, 2021, by attending the probation office and acting in an abusive and aggressive manner towards staff on April 22. Suspended sentence of imprisonment of 16 weeks, suspended for 24 months, implemented as a sentence of 14 weeks.

RICHARD SEAN BALL, aged 52 and of St Clements Gardens, Bournemouth, admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Dorset on January 15. Fined £300. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs.

ANTHONY DAVID COLE, aged 42 and of no fixed abode, convicted of using towards a man threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence whereby that person was likely to believe that such violence would be used, or it was likely that such violence would be provoked in Poole on October 28, 2021. Discharged conditionally for three months. To pay £50 compensation. Also convicted of using toward a woman threatening , abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence whereby that person was likely to believe that such violence would be used, or it was likely that such violence would be provoked in Poole on October 28, 2021. Discharged conditionally for three months. Also convicted of assaulting a woman by beating her in Poole on October 16, 2021. Discharged conditionally for three months. Restraining order made, which lasts until May 25, 2023. To pay £100 compensation. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on May 6, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on March 18.
