ANDREW JOHN MCMANUS, aged 23 and of Three Legged Cross, admits having a quantity of cannabis in Poole on January 21. Fined £40. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress in Poole on January 21. Restraining order made, which lasts until November 22, 2023. Fined £120. Also admits commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 12 months imposed on May 6, 2021, for an offence of criminal damage. No action taken on breach.

NORTH DORSET

OLIVER JAMES CURRAN, aged 32 and of The Meadows, Gillingham, admits jointly dishonestly undertaking or assisting in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods, namely a laptop, a parcel and a handbag, belonging to a man by or for the benefit of a man, or dishonestly arranged so to do, knowing or believing the same to be stolen goods in Maiden Newton, Dorset, on December 13, 2021. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 40 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits destroying a window belonging to a man in Gillingham on March 7. Community order made. Also admits damaging a fence belonging to a woman in Gillingham on March 7. Community order made.

POOLE

CIARAN HAROLD PARKER, aged 18 and of no fixed abode, admits damaging a CCTV camera to the value of £1,200 belonging to Dolphin Centre, Poole, on February 18. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £500 costs.

ASHLEY ROBERT CHAMBERLAIN, aged 27 and of Norton Way, Poole, admits approaching a woman in Poole on May 21, which he was prohibited from doing so by a restraining order made on April 1. Committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months. To pay £128 surcharge and £85 costs.

MATTHEW SIMS, aged 24 and of Haven Road, Poole, admits committing an act outraging public decency by behaving in an indecent manner, namely masturbating in a public place in Bournemouth on November 16, 2021. Discharged conditionally for three years. To pay £22 surcharge. Sexual harm prevention order made on conviction for five years.

DAVID BRIAN JOHN CRAGO, aged 40 and of Mansfield Close, Poole, admits pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a woman in Dorset between November 8, 2021, and November 25, 2021, and which he knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of her in that he sent numerous messages to her, made phone calls to her and attended her address leaving a card at her property. Restraining order made, which lasts until May 22, 2024. Fined £500. To pay £50 surcharge and £85 costs.

JACK ARTHUR JOHN WEBB, aged 25 and of Hounslow Close, Poole, admits being found in an area covered by a BH postcode on February 3, which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order imposed on February 26, 2020. Discharged conditionally for six months. To pay £22 surcharge.
