DEMNA TAVKHELIDZE, aged 26 and of Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, admits having 1.08 grams of cannabis in Queen’s Park, Bournemouth. Fined £80. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed.

OLIVER HEHIR, aged 24 and of Bonham Close, Salisbury, admits assaulting PC Jeffery, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker, by beating him in Poole on October 26, 2020. Community order made, whereby the defendant must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work. To pay £300 compensation. Also admits resisting PC Gosney a constable in the execution of her duty at Poole on October 26, 2020. Community order made. To pay £50 compensation. Also admits commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made on October 19, 2020, for the offences of possessing knife blade or sharp pointed article in a public place and affray. No action taken on breach.

PHILLIP JAMES BROWN, aged 53 and of Ringwood Road, Longham, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on October 11, 2019, by failing to keep in contact since July 28, 2020. Community order revoked. To pay £60 costs. New community order made, whereby the defendant must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work.

LAUREN LISA MASSEY, aged 21 and of Calvin Road, Bournemouth, admits with a man assaulting PC Neil Chapman, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker, by beating him in Bournemouth on October 21, 2021. Community order made, whereby the defendant must carry out 75 hours of unpaid work. To pay £100 compensation, £95 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits with assaulting PC Cooke, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker, by beating her in Bournemouth on October 21, 2021. Community order made.

LUKE JOHN MASSEY, aged 41 and of Calvin Road, Bournemouth, admits assaulting PC Emily Cooke thereby occasioning her actual bodily harm in Bournemouth on October 21, 2021. Community order made, whereby the defendant must carry out 75 hours of unpaid work. To pay £300 compensation, £95 surcharge and £85 costs.

NATHAN PAUL ROGERS, aged 26 and of Southill Gardens, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made on December 11, 2020, by failing to attend for the Thinking Skills programme requirement on March 3, March 24 and March 31 and for the rehabilitation activity requirement on March 14 and April 5. TO pay £60 costs. Suspended sentence of imprisonment of 16 weeks, suspended for 18 months, imposed on December 11, 20220, implemented as a sentence of 10 weeks.

JOHNATHAN ROBERT LOVELL, aged 35 and of Southcote Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that he breached post supervision conditions and on February 25 he was heavily intoxicated outside of the probation officers in Bournemouth and as a result was refused entry and on March 10 admitted that he had been residing at an address which had not been approved by his supervising officer. Fined £50.

CHARLES A DALLISSON, aged 19 and of no fixed abode, admits damaging items in a property belonging to a woman in Bournemouth. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £100 compensation.

EBENEZER SARPONG-KUMANKOMAH, aged 25 and of Ashley Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a white Ford Fiesta in Lakeside Road, Poole, on June 19, 2021, with 51 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £400. To pay £40 surcharge and £250 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.
