KAROL PAJAK, aged 28 and of Hawkwood Road, Bournemouth, found guilty of driving a black Citroen in Mortimer Road, Bournemouth, on April 13, 2021, with 87 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £519. To pay £52 surcharge and £620 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 22 months.

KHADIJA CORDINGLEY, aged 19 and of Westover Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on April 22, 2021, by failing to comply with the curfew requirement in that on February 4 probation received notification that he had been absent from his place of curfew over the past two nights and he failed to attend for a planned appointment on February 7. Fined £100.

CHRISTCHURCH

CALLUM OLEARY, aged 21 and of Dorset Road, Christchurch, admits being drunk and disorderly at Friars Cliff beach in Christchurch on May 2. Discharged conditionally for six months. To pay £22 surcharge and £85 costs.

EAST DORSET

LAUREN HANNAH OTTER, aged 21 and of Poplar Close, Wimborne Minster, admits pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a woman in Dorset on January 4 and which she knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of her in that he frequently contacted her via social media. Restraining order made, which lasts until May 17, 2023. Fined £150. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a person between November 8, 2021, and January 5 and which she knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of them in that she telephoned them on November 9, 2021, and January 4 several times. Restraining order made, which lasts until May 17, 2023. Fined £150.

NORTH DORSET

DAVID BLIGH, aged 52 and of Wimborne Road, Blandford Forum, admits using a motor vehicle in Blandford Forum on August 12, 2021, which was unlicensed. Fined £70. To pay £180 excise back duty and £85 costs.

POOLE

CHRISTOPHER JOHN KEENAN, aged 53 and of Verulam Road, Poole, admits when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen of blood for a laboratory test in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failing to do so at Bournemouth Police Station on March 11. Fined £750. To pay £75 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 17 months.

STEVEN DULLAM, aged 40 and of no fixed abode, admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that he failed to take part in activities in accordance with any instructions given by his supervisor in that he failed to attend for planned office appointments on November 16, 2021, November 23, 2021, December 7, 2021, and December 13, 2021. Fined £30.

LAUREN SARAH VELKOOP, aged 31 and of Sterte Close, Poole, convicted of stealing Cloud Nine hair straighteners to the value of £169 belong to John Lewis at Home at Poole Retail Park, Redlands, Branksome, on December 16, 2021. Committed to prison for three months. To pay £169 compensation.

JAMES STEVEN HARVEY, aged 40 and of Broadwater Avenue, Poole, admits assaulting a man by beating him in Bournemouth on January 16. Community order made, whereby the defendant must carry out 200 hours of unpaid work. To pay £1,014 compensation, £95 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits knowing that payment on the spot for a service done, namely a taxi fare, was required or expected and with intent to avoid payment of £7. No separate penalty.
