AN UNINSURED vehicle was seized by police in Somerford on Saturday, May 21.
Police said the vehicle had recently been seen in suspicious circumstances in a hotspot area for rural crime.
Steel ball bearings were found in the vehicle which police said was 'heavily muddied with paw prints all over the interior.'
The vehicle was seized by officers from Ringwood and Christchurch.
A Dorset Police spokesperson said: "If you know someone driving illegally or involved in criminal activities which impact on rural towns and villages across New Forest and Dorset call 101 in confidence to share your information so we can target offenders.
"Alternatively contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 to protect communities farms and businesses from thieves and burglars."
