ALEKSANDRS MARKARJANS, aged 30 and of Coleman Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a motor vehicle in Audi A4 in Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, on February 27 with 6.2 micrograms of THC per litre of blood. Fined £300. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

LEWIS ANTHONY DARBY, aged 27 and of St Clements Gardens, Boscombe, admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Bournemouth on May 14. Committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 24 months. To pay £126 surcharge. Also admits contacting a woman and entering a road in Bournemouth on May 14, which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order imposed on June 3, 2021, for a period of two years. Committed to prison for 16 weeks concurrent, suspended for 24 months.

JULIAN CHARLES REES MANDLEY, aged 51 and of Old Bridge Road, Bournemouth, admits pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a woman between June 1, 2021, and September 1, 2021, in Bournemouth, and which he knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of her in that he sent unwanted emails to her. Restraining order made, which lasts until May 15, 2023. Fined £200. To pay £100 compensation.

EAST DORSET

KYLE GRACE, aged 35 and of John Thorneycroft Road, Southampton, admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Wimborne on July 16, 2021. Restraining order made, which lasts until May 15, 2024. Fined £1,600. To pay £160 surcharge and £200 costs.

DEAN MARK STEVENS, aged 32 and of no fixed abode, admits contacting a woman in Wimborne on January 9, which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order made on February 8, 2021. Discharged conditionally for six months. Restraining order made, which lasts until May 15, 2023. To pay £22 surcharge and £40 costs.

DOMINIC TURNER, aged 27 and of Berrylands Road, Surbiton, found guilty of when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen of blood for a laboratory test in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failing to do so in Commercial Road, Poole, on March 1, 2021. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Fined £100. To pay £95 surcharge and £300 costs. RIKKI STEPHEN CHADWICK, aged 33 and of Foxhole Road, Oakdale, admits sending by means of a public electronic communications network a message that was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character in Poole on September 29, 2021. SHANE DANIEL JOYCE, aged 32 and of Sterte Close, Poole, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on March 31, 2021, by failing to attend for planned office appointments on February 21 and April 22, failing to attend for the Building Better Relationships Programme on March 1 and failing to attend for planned telephone appointment on April 13.
