A NEW crafting 'emporium' has opened in Poole with TV personality Dave Bradford cutting the ribbon.

Craft Bliss has opened in Adastral Square, Canford Heath.

The official ribbon-cutting ceremony attracted a large crowd meaning trade was brisk for store owners, Julie and Barry Jenner.

Customers were able to enjoy a fantastic array of paper crafting supplies, a new loyalty card and a complimentary glass of bubbles.

Dave Bradford gave his time to open the new store.

He said it was great to see a raffle of wish-list prizes raise more than £230 for his preferred charity - NHS Charities Together.

Dave wished the couple success with their new venture as he cut the ribbon. He also revealed hopes that the shop would not only offer a great array of products but that it could become a community hub where like-minded hobbyists could meet and share ideas.

Julie has a wealth of knowledge and over 18 years of experience in the paper crafting industry. She has said she will be looking forward to welcoming clients old and new to the shop and her workshops to be held within the purpose-made shop facilities.

Craft Bliss is open Tuesdays to Saturdays from 10am to 4.30pm.
