SUSAN MARIE MURRAY, aged 33 and of St Paul’s Lane, Bournemouth, admits with intent to cause PCSO Martinez harassment, alarm or distress, using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour thereby causing that or another person harassment, alarm or distress and the offence was racially aggravated in Avenue Road, Bournemouth, on September 9, 2021. OLIVER GEORGE MARTIN SMITH, aged 23 and of Lancaster Close, Christchurch, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on March 11, 2021, by failing to attend for planned telephone supervision appointments on August 2, 2021, August 9, 2021, August 10, 2021, December 29, 2021, January 4 and January 10. AUSTIN ROBERTSON, aged 19 and of Dunyeats Road, Broadstone, admits driving a Vauxhall Corsa in Waterloo Road on April 23 with 46 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £300. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 14 months.

MICHAEL JOHN GARAWAY, aged 26 and of Bingham Avenue, Poole, admits damaging an oven and washing machine to the value of £496 belonging to a man in Poole on April 3. To pay £496 compensation.
