MARCO DENNIS VINCENT SCRIMAGLIA, aged 32 and of Seaborne Road, Southbourne, admits assaulting PC Barnes-Warden, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker, by beating him in Throop Road, Bournemouth, on October 12, 2021. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 15 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. To pay £150 compensation, £95 surcharge and £85 costs.

DANIEL VAUGHAN, aged 32 and of Beachy Road, Charminster, admits damaging a window belonging to Northover Court in Bournemouth on April 22. Fined £40. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 12 months imposed on December 22, 2021, for an offence of criminal damage. Fined £40.

KARL PHILIP GEE, aged 49 and of St Leven, Penzance, admits driving a Vauxhall Crossland in Palmerston Road, Bournemouth on February 1 with greater than 200 micrograms of cocaine per litre of blood.
