AN arrest has been made after a man had reportedly been stabbed and another man had been struck by a car.
Officers investigating the incidents, which they are treating as linked, have arrested a man from London.

Police received a report at around 2.20pm on Thursday, December 2 of a disturbance in the area of Poole Hill, with reports that a man had been assaulted and stabbed.
Officers attended and carried out a search of the area, but no victim was located.
Police later received a report that an 18-year-old man had attended hospital at 3.20pm that day with injuries to his leg and arm.
A further report was received that another 18-year-old man had been struck by a car and required hospital treatment. Both were subsequently discharged from hospital.
An investigation was launched by detectives from Bournemouth CID, with the incidents being treated as linked.
Following enquiries, a 25-year-old man from London was arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent. He has been released under investigation as enquiries continue.
