WITNESSES are sought after a BMW driver was seen to dangerously overtake several cars at speed in West Moors.
The incident occurred at around 7pm on Saturday April 30 in Station Road. It is reported that the vehicle – a bright blue convertible BMW M4 – overtook a number of cars at speed.
The vehicle was subsequently located unattended on Firs Glen Road and was recovered by police.
Officers are appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to come forward following the dangerous driving incident.
Police Constable Michael Wells, of East Dorset police, said: “I am appealing to anyone who was in the area and witnessed the vehicle driving dangerously to please come forward.
“I am also keen to hear from any motorists who may have captured anything of relevance on dashcam footage.”
