DAVID ANTHONY WATERMAN, aged 53 and of no fixed abode, admits with intet to cause a man harassment, alarm or distress using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour thereby causing that or another person harassment, alarm or distress and the offence was racially aggravated at Travel Interchange, Bournemouth, on June 2, 2021. To pay £100 compensation. Also admits acting in an anti-social manner, that is to say, a manner that causes or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to any persons within the commission area of Dorset and using threatening, insulting or abusive words of behaviour in any place to which the public has access in the commission area of Dorset, which he was prohibited from doing by a criminal behaviour order made on March 9, 2017. No separate penalty.
