Man disqualified from driving for travelling at more than double the 40mph limit
A MAN has been disqualified from driving after being caught at more than double the speed limit.
Joesph Karl Fox, 28, of Derby Road, Bournemouth pleaded guilty to speeding in a Suzuki on the A3 Tibbets Corner in London on August 26, 2021.
He was not present at Bromley Magistrates’ Court for sentencing on Tuesday, April 19.
Court papers state he was caught at 84mph, exceeding the legal limit of 40mph.
Magistrates fined Fox £120 for the offence and ordered him to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £100.
He was also disqualified from driving for 42 days.
