MARTIN DAVID ALLAN, aged 33 and of Frances Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that he failed to take part in activities in accordance with any instructions given by his supervisor in that he failed to attend for planned office appointments on March 23 and March 31 and failed to reside permanently at an address approved by his supervisor and obtain the prior permission of the supervisor for any say of one of more nights at a different address in that he failed to reside at the listed address on February 22 and between March 11 and March 16. Supervision default order made, whereby he must follow an overnight curfew for 20 days. To pay £60 costs.

STUART ANDREW WESTWOOD, aged 34 and of Beacon Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that he failed to keep in touch with his supervisor in accordance with instructions given by his supervisor in that he failed to attend for planned probation appointments on February 2, February 10 and February 17. Fined £75.

MARK LUTON, aged 43 and of Homeside Road, Bournemouth, admits when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failing to do so at Bournemouth Police Station on December 18, 2021. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in a 29-day Thinking Skills Programme and carry out 50 hours of unpaid work. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for three years.

Also admits sending to a person an article, namely a message, which was, in whole or part, of an indecent or grossly offensive nature for the purpose of causing distress or anxiety to the recipient or to any other person to whom she intended that it or its contents or nature should be communicated in Bournemouth on September 24, 2021. Community order made. Also admits sending by means of a public electronic communications network a message that was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character in Bournemouth between July 28, 2021, and July 31, 2012. Community order made.

CHRISTOPHER ALEXANDER BRADLEY, aged 29 and of no fixed abode, admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Christchurch on February 12. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in a 42-day accredited programme and take part in up to 15 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Fined £40. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits damaging house items and interior doors belonging to a woman and Sovereign Housing in Christchurch on February 12. Community order made. Also admits damaging property belonging to a woman in Christchurch on February 13. Community order made. Also admits damaging windows belonging to Sovereign Housing in Christchurch on December 28, 2021. Community order made. Also admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Christchurch on December 28, 2021. Community order made. Also admits damaging property belonging to a woman in Christchurch on December 27, 2021. Community order made. Also admits conviction of an offence while a community order made on September 13, 2021, for the offences of assault by beating and criminal damage was in force.
