MERHAWI SSAHYCV, aged 20 and of St Michael’s Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a motor vehicle in Priory Road, Bournemouth, on April 3 with 43 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £100. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

JAKE CONNOR TOMSETT, aged 27 and of Limbrick Lane, Castle, Worthing, admits driving a Ford Fiesta in Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, on April 3 with 74 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £250. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 17 months.

JORDAN THOMAS MCCLAY, aged 31 and of Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that he failed to keep in touch with his supervisor in accordance with instructions given by his supervisor in that he failed to attend for planned probation appointments on January 14, January 20, January 26 and February 4. Fined £60. To pay £60 costs.

SAM WITCHELL, aged 35 and of Kingswell Road, Bournemouth, admits stealing butter and cheese to the value of £33.40 belonging to Co-op in Wareham Road, Corfe Mullen on October 22, 2021. Fined £80. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs.

CHRISTCHURCH

DAVID CLIVE COTTON, aged 33 and of no fixed abode, convicted of pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a woman in Christchurch between October 7, 2021, and October 23, 2021, which he knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of her in that he attended her home address and rang her door bell repeatedly. Committed to prison for 18 weeks, suspended for 18 months. Restraining order made, which lasts until April 20, 2025. To pay £150 compensation and £150 costs. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on March 2, having been released in criminal proceedings on January 11. Committed to prison for two weeks concurrent, suspended for 18 months. Also admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on October 13, 2020, by failing to attend for planned office appointments on January 27 and February 17, and failing to attend for the Building Better Relationships programme on January 27 and February 10. Community order revoked. Committed to prison for 18 weeks concurrent, suspended for 18 months. Overall length of suspended sentence 18 weeks.

MAXIMILIAN ETHERIDGE, aged 21 and of Riverside Place, Fordingbridge, admits possessing a quantity of cannabis in Cavendish Road, Bournemouth, on January 26. Fined £100. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.
