THOMAS MARTIN, aged 28 and of Leybourne Avenue, Bournemouth, admits driving a motor vehicle in Green Road, Poole, on April 2 with 63 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £300. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 17 months.

SHAUN MICHAEL THOMPSON, aged 44 and of Kinson Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on April 16, 2021, by failing to attend for planned office appointments on January 18, March 8 and March 15. Committed to prison for six weeks, suspended for six months.

JAMES ERGUN, aged 34 and of Hamilton Road, Bournemouth, admits causing to be sent by means of a public electronic communications network three telephone calls that were grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character in Bournemouth between February 6 and February 7. Community order made, whereby the defendant must have menta health treatment for six months. Restraining order made, which lasts until April 19, 2023. To pay £200 compensation and £85 costs.

GARY DUNCAN JAMES KELLY, aged 50 and of Melbourne Road, Christchurch, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on July 21, 2021, by failing to attend for supervision appointments on December 15, 2021, March 8, March 15 and March 22. Fined £40. To pay £60 costs.

EAST DORSET

GEORGE LIAM TURNER, aged 23 and of Victoria Gardens, Ferndown, admits driving a motor vehicle in Colehill Lane, Colehill, on October 19, 2021, with greater than seven micrograms of THC per litre of blood. Fined £120. To pay £34 surcharge and £40 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

NEW FOREST

BENJAMIN JAMES ROYLES, aged 22 and of Thornham Road, Ashley, admits using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress in Christchurch on June 12, 2021. Fined £100. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs.

POOLE

ANDREW JACKSON NTIAMOAH-ADU BAAH, aged 24 and of Herbert Avenue, Poole, admits driving a motor vehicle in Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, on October 31, 2021, with 64 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Community order, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 15 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Fined £115. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 36 months.

LOUISE SYLVIA GLEED, aged 32 and of Dale Valley Road, Poole, admits stealing goods to the value of £277 belonging to Boots in Commercial Road, Bournemouth, on November 15, 2021. Community order made, whereby the defendant must have treatment for drug dependency for six months, take part in up to 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and carry out 50 hours of unpaid work. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits stealing goods to the value of £150 belonging to Lidl Stores in Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on November 15, 2012. Community order made.

DARREN AUSTIN LEER, aged 39 and of Blackmoor Drive, Basingstoke, admits driving an Audi A3 in Ashley Road, Poole, on April 1 with 75 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £150. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 36 months.
