Pedestrian taken to hospital after crash with bike
A pedestrian has been taken to hospital after a crash with a bike in Wimborne.
Police and the ambulance services were called to Rowlands Hill in Wimborne around 8.08am on Tuesday.
They had received reports of a collision between a cyclist and a pedestrian.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: "The pedestrian has been taken to hospital for treatment. We do not have an update about injuries."
Residents reported seeing the air ambulance circling in the area, but it did not land.
